Payment Policy - Effective Immediately

Please note the changes below to our payment policy. This policy is stated on the website, and effective immediately, will be the policy for all commercial and private clients. 

For Private Clients: Payment for session fee is due at time of services.

For Commercial Clients: 50% of invoice is due at the time of services with the remaining 50% due in FULL in order to receive your images. No part of any order aside from online web-only proofs will be delivered until the full payment has been received. Post Production work invoices will be due within 30 days from the date on invoice.

Hurricane IKE Update 2.0

As of FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2008, the Brett Chisholm Photography studio in Houston has had power RESTORED!

Regular studio operations will resume on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2008. If you do NOT hear from us before this time, please re-send your e-mail inquiry or call the studio to reach us.

Please note that the studio will be CLOSED from October 3 - October 6 for a project in New York City, and all times prior to that date have been booked. ALL appointment requests will be scheduled beginning with Tuesday, October 7, 2008.

Studio Closed November 30 - December 7

The Brett Chisholm Photography studio will be CLOSED from November 30 - December 7 in preparations for our 3rd Annual SNAP Fundraiser. NO BUSINESS that is not directly linked to the SNAP event will be worked on during this time.

Please be aware that December is our busiest month for private client services, and space can fill up BEFORE the month even begins. There will be more closures during the holiday weeks, so please make sure to get your appointment requests and print orders into the studio in a timely fashion.

Studio Closed October 26-November 2

The Brett Chisholm Photography studio will be completely closed during the week of October 26 to November 2. No business will be conducted during this time! If you will be in need of ordering your prints during this time, you MUST do so before October 26, or you will have to wait until November 3.

Please be aware that our schedule fills up rapidly before and after the studio is closed, so please be patient while we work out our scheduling during this time!

Newsletter on the Horizon

There will be a new newsletter arriving at Brett Chisholm Photography in August! Let us know if you have any news or updates you would like us to send out!

Studio Closed April 30 - May 15

The Brett Chisholm Photography studio will be CLOSED from APRIL 30 - MAY 15. During this time, there will be no bookings taken. Both Studio Director Pattie-Nichelle and Photographer Brett Chisholm will be out of the country during this time. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN DURING THIS TWO WEEK PERIOD! Therefore, the available appointments BEFORE April 30, and AFTER May 15 will fill up rather quickly.

During the period of May 10-15, studio director Pattie-Nichelle will be in the studio returning inquiries and making appointment bookings for when the studio opens back up.

ALL CURRENT CLIENTS - NO PRINTS OR ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED DURING THIS TIME. If you need your products by May 1, your order MUST be placed by April 21, 2008. All orders received from April 21-2008 through May 15, 2008 will be processed in the order received upon our return.

Studio Closed February 12-19, 2008

The studio will be closed from Tuesday February 12 through Tuesday February 19. Both studio Director Pattie Nichelle and Photographer Brett Chisholm will be out of the country.

All e-mails and voicemails will be returned in the order received on Wednesday February 20.

Keep checking the blog during this time, though! Our wonderful blog service allows us to pre-post entries for your enjoyment! You also will have more fashion entries from Houston Fashion Stylist Elan Rogers. And before we leave, we'll be  posting the image of the week tomorrow!

New Things on the Horizon...

There's been a lot of interest in the new website, so I thought I would pass on just a glimpse of what is in store. We have a BRAND NEW LOGO. I'm putting it here for those of you who read the blog, and we would love to hear your comments. E-mail us or comment here.
